Our Story
In a career of over a decade, and a lifetime of being low vision, Jermaine Raymer has seen the importance of people and non-profits being able to design their own futures.
Within the non profit world, I worked for two social services organizations, and developed new programs, expanded existing services, got new funding, and helped redesign the organizations from the inside out.
The goal with these innovations was to build more sustainable, thriving organizations that better served both clients and staff.
I have carried this innovation into my personal life, and believe that it is important for people who are blind and low vision to design their own lives, and figure out how to create their own independence.
